My 5 Key Supplements to Help me Work With Wine!

A lot of you have asked what supplements I take.
For Mental Health Day here are 5 supplements which keep my body & mind functioning especially working with booze! I am not a doctor but the below have really helped.
1. Probiotics – to keep the gut healthy

VSL#3 is one of the most concentrated poly-biotics – but needs to be stored in fridge.

3. Myrkl – for long tasting days
@myrkl.official is a food supplement which is high in Vitamin B12 which means you don’t absorb as much of the alcohol. When tasting 80 wines a day – this is essential.
4. Medicinal Mushroom powders for focus, relaxation and energy
