Indian Food & Cabernet
Starting this Monday feeling motivated after a fantastic evening of Cabernet imbibing and Indian feasting at Atul Kochar’s wonderful restaurant Vaasu. The last picture shows how much we enjoyed ourselves! A huge huge thanks needs to go to the incredible team at Vaasu for creating such a memorable occasion.
This was my first live event of the year and I couldn’t have got back in the saddle any better. Wine for me is all about bringing people together, getting rid of preconceptions, sharing interesting conversations , enabling stimulating connections and preferably all over delicious food…
Last night was all that and much more. Pairing Incredible Indian food to iconic Cabernets from Australia’s @wynnscoonawarra and Napa’s @bvwines enabled everyone, including me, to go on a sensorially rich journey. From experiencing flavours in a whole new way; to exploring different international wine and food cultures, it was a truly fascinating gastronomic evening.
Thank you to everyone who joined me last night and to the inhabitants of Marlow.. Be Warned! I will be coming back!
