The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, processed and/ or stored by Eventbrite, who participate and comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Data from European Economic Area member counties. The data we collect from you may be transferred to and stored on secure servers located in the U.S. and locations around the world on Dropbox. AMELIA’S WINE uses OneDrive to store personal data which, under Microsoft, complies with both EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks and EU Model Clauses. AMELIA’S WINE uses PayPal to process your payments using SSL technology. PayPal collects and processes personal data as regulated by the Data Protection Act 1998, overseen by the Office of the Information Commissioner, data collected by PayPal may be transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, processed and/ or stored on secure servers on the accounting software Freshbooks. Freshbooks processes data in a secure manner that is consistent with the PCI DSS requirement. Freshbooks use restrictive firewalls to protect stored data and uses 256 bit SSL certificates to encrypt data.


In the unlikely event that our systems are breached, we will inform the ICO immediately and adhere to their guidelines.


We will never pass on your details to third parties without receiving your positive consent to do so.

We may disclose your personal information to any of our group companies (which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985) and also to third parties in the following circumstances:
